There’s a good in not liking my appearance,

Not liking means it’s something that I want to change,

I shouldn’t feel depressed because of my appearance,

I should use that as a motivation to change,

I should work hard to change until I like my appearance.


Example, I can dislike my weight,

No point in getting depressed over weight,

I can just work on changing my weight,

It might not be easy to change my weight,

Yet changing it depends on how much I want to change my weight.


Once again, there can be anything else that I dislike about my appearance,

It’s okay not to like it,

I’ll just work on changing my appearance,

Or I’ll learn how to accept it,

It’s about learning how to see the good in the appearance.
