My brain is filled with negativity,

It’s the negativity that gives me anxiety,

I have to remove the negativity,

Or I got to change the thoughts that give me anxiety,

It’s a positive thought that can knock out the negativity.


It seems so easy,

Yet an anxious brain is a strong fighter,

It doesn’t make it easy,

The positive side has to figure out how to be a better fighter,

Yet knocking out the positive is what’s easy.


Still the positive has won a few times,

It’s the few times that gives me hope,

I motivate myself by thinking about those few times,

Without it might get harder to get up when I’m feeling like I’m about to lose all hope,

That’s why I say get up and remember those few times.
